Comanchero arrested over strip club scuffle

first_imgA Comanchero member has been arrested in New South Wales over a brawl in a Melbourne strip club. Mark Buddle was detained and charged with several violence offences over the December 18 fight in King Street’s Spearmint Rhino. Buddle, 27, is believed to be the current leader of the Comancheros, which was previously led by Duax “Dax” Ngakuru, who had replaced Mahmoud Hawi, convicted on the murder of Hells Angels associate Anthony Zervas. It was also alleged that Buddle was involved in a turf war with Notorious, another bikie gang linked to Sydney’s Ibrahim crime clan. NSW police said in a statement that officers raided premises in Coogee, Mount Druitt and Arncliffe, during which “four victims” suffered “various injuries after being seriously assaulted by a number of men.” Melbourne criminal investigation unit detectives had issued a warrant for the arrest of three persons of interest in Sydney, however no one else was arrested.
